- People under the influence of alcohol are not permitted.
- Customer should be above 18years old.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that you will have enough time and begin relaxing.
- Cancellation of appointments or rescheduling should be at least 2 hours in advance. If not you will be charged fifty percent of the treatment charges for cancellation.
- If you arrive 20 minutes late to your appointment time and if we have other customers waiting, then we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
- All cash/ Member/Discount vouchers have expiry date, serial numbers, and authorized signature for validation. Only one voucher per treatment can be used at a time. Vouchers can be used for only treatments over RS 2500 and above.
- Members are given membership cards, please bring it during the treatment, it is non transferable. Validity period apply.
- Please consult your physician if you have any of the following, High Blood pressure, Heart ailments, Surgery, bone or skin problems or any other health conditions which is not suitable for our therapy. Those who have skin diseases are not allowed for body therapy.
- Taking a massage treatment is the sole discretion of the individual, we don’t promise any clinical benefits. Massage is purely an ancient technique for wellbeing.
- Cash / Credit /debit card payment to be made before the treatment.
- Management doesn’t take responsibility of the valuables of any of the customers, please make sure you have taken all your belongings when you leave.
- Elysium Spa management reserves the rights to alter or cancel any of the terms and conditions time to time.

We are concerned about your comfort. Be it the room temperature or the level of massage pressure, you can share your preferences to the therapist.
Feedback
If your experience at our spa has not met your expectations, we request you to speak with the manager on duty before leaving the facility.
